- Introduction of U9 (Major Novice)
- Introduction of District 3 for 2-year pilot

- 134 Teams from U9 (Major Novice) to U18 (Major Midget)
2013-2014 Season
- 132 teams U9 (Major Novice) to U18 (Major Midget)
- End of District 3 - 2 yr pilot. Full admittance to the OBMHL.
- Implementation of Pointstreak as League's website and game management provider.
2014-2015 Season:
- Introduction of District 5, 1 team for U16 (Minor Midget)
- 133 teams from U9 (Major Novice) to U18 (Major Midget)
2015-2016 Season:
- Introduction of District 9, 1 team at U13 (Minor Peewee)
- Russell Warriors
- Merger of Gloucester/Orleans/Blackburn associations to form new Blues teams
2024-2025 Season
- Pilot with District 5 at U14 - U16, 1 team
- Upper Ottawa Valley Aces
- Smith Falls Bears at U14
- 121 teams from U10 to U18
- Implementation of SportsHeadz as League’s website and game management provider
2025-2026 Season
- End of pilot with District 5 at U14 - U16
